Scope and current status

This policy covers New World Gadget & Music Vault and its listed apps. Payments are not currently accepted on this site; the support service is being prepared.

Information on your device

Language choices and favorites are stored in your browser. App recordings and notes are stored on your device and browser. Site search does not send your search terms to the server. Clearing browser data can remove these records. Export recordings you want to keep.

External services

Displaying YouTube images and Google Fonts may transmit your IP address, browser information and referrer to those providers. Their policies apply to external sites. Browser speech recognition may use an external processing service subject to that provider’s policy; we do not guarantee that recognition takes place only on your device.

Future payments and enquiries

Once support opens, we will handle contact details, transaction references, amounts and payment status as needed for verification, MP3 delivery, enquiries, fraud prevention and accounting or legal duties. The payment provider and data handled will be disclosed before opening. Do not send card details to this site.

Retention and protection

We retain information only as needed for its purpose and legal retention duties, then delete or anonymize it. We do not disclose personal data without required consent except for authorized service processing or legal obligations. Where international services are used, disclosures and safeguards required by applicable law will apply.

Your rights and contact

Access, correction, deletion and withdrawal of consent requests will be handled under applicable law. You can clear local records using your browser. Formal operator details and privacy/refund contact information will be published before payments open. There is currently no enquiry form on this site.

Changes

Before adding advertising, analytics or payments, we will update this policy and provide legally required notices and consent choices. Material changes will be announced on the site.

Support contributions and MP3 terms

Free use and voluntary support

No contribution is required to use free apps. Review the content, amount, currency, fees and benefit conditions and contribute voluntarily within your means. Contributions are intended for people who can legally authorize the payment.

Refunds and cancellation

Contribute at your own discretion. Once completed, contributions generally cannot be cancelled or refunded for personal reasons, including selecting the wrong amount or changing your mind. Carefully check the amount, currency, fees and benefit conditions before confirming to avoid mistakes. Cancellations, refunds and other remedies required by applicable law or payment-provider rules will still be honored. Statutory repair, replacement, price reduction, refund and other remedies are not excluded.

MP3 benefits

Benefits are not yet available. After opening, verified contributions of at least ¥100 will receive a link to the eligible MP3 collection. Wild West Night Sky is excluded. Links expire 72 hours after issue. A contribution linked to digital benefits may be subject to digital-content transaction rules depending on its legal nature.

Before payment opens

We will disclose eligible tracks, delivery timing, payment methods, currency and costs, refund contacts and legally required operator information. Where immediate delivery requires express consent and acknowledgement of cancellation rights, those will be obtained separately during checkout. Reading this page does not waive your cancellation rights.

Music use

MP3 benefits are for personal listening. Redistribution, resale, unauthorized publication and sharing download links are not permitted. For use in videos or other works, consult the separately stated music-use conditions.

Applicable rights

Mandatory laws and consumer rights applicable to users in Japan, India and English-speaking jurisdictions prevail over these terms. Japanese, English and Hindi versions express the same policy and do not limit statutory rights. Calling a payment a donation does not necessarily make it tax-deductible.
